A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's policy applies to the query after submission.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain its contents and any contact details long enough to answer and manage the exchange. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
